Therapy Beyond Relaxation

Although some still regard massage as an extravagance or a general way to relax, the roots of massage therapy travel deep within the fields of Eastern and Western Medicine.

Today, massage therapy is being recognized by scientists and doctors as a proven way to incease health, decrease inflammation, and improve healing. Recent studies have shown specific and detailed evidence that massages go beyond lowering blood pressure and reducing stress, but also help to heal muscle and should be part of a health and fitness program.

Yelp Reviews of Twisted Tree Health

"Hands down THE BEST MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD! Go to Twisted Tree Health and see Matt! Matt listened to every ache and pain that I had and took his time to fix what was needed to be fixed and I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud! I highly recommend this place! My first time there and won't be my last!"

"This is an excellent facility and Matt is and expert massage therapist.  He is very dedicated to his work and helping his clients feel better and more relaxed.  I work out at the Crossfit gym that's connected to and rely on Matt to help relieve some of the soreness in my lower back.  I would highly recommend Twisted Tree Health to anyone looking for a massage therapist."

"From a torn pec to dislocated clavicle to knee surgery to herniated disc in my lower back and neck you can say that I'm quite the walking basket case. Are used to get massages regularly until I moved away and have been on the hunt for a good MT ever since. I have no interest in those froufrou massage therapist that you'll find at resorts and spas. I needed somebody who wasn't afraid to put some elbow grease in and work the kinks out. Thankfully I found Matt. after just one session with him I knew that Matt was going to be my new regular massage therapist. After that one session I felt the hell of a lot better then when I went in and almost immediately which is very rare for me to say. I am looking forward to keep working with Matt so that he can help me get back into the gym again and not feel like a ton of bricks!"
